Setters for Adoption

"Molly"
Molly

Molly

"Molly" is a 4½-month-old female. She was surrendered by her owner in late September. According to her foster mother, she seems to be house broken but needs training. She is learning how to walk on a leash and not to jump up on people. She is a typical young Irish Setter puppy. She has lots of energy and is very playful. She gets along well with other dogs. According to her previous owner, "Molly" lived in a home with children and cats and got along fine.

"Molly's" perfect home would be with people who have had Irish Setters and understand how "high energy" they are and their need for exercise. Her new owners will need to devote the time to train her. She would benefit from a puppy obedience class where she can learn basic obedience commands while socializing with other dogs. A home with a fenced yard is a must! Lots of toys to play with would be great for her too. She would do well in a home with other pets to play with.

"Molly" is in foster care in the San Francisco Bay area. She has been micro chipped and is current on her vaccinations. She will be spayed on October 6 and will be ready for adoption.
